    Hybrid Dakar

    Studio at Point E 2-3 days/week. The rest from your place. No surveillance, just outcomes.

  2. 02

    Async by default

    Notion + Linear + Slack. Short meetings, long writing. We respect everyone's focus.

  3. 03

    Code owner

    You write, put live and maintain your code. No old-school development/operations split.

What we look for

  • Real mastery of at least one mainstream set of technologies (Laravel, Next.js, React Native, etc.)

  • Desire to work on products kept live, not project churn

  • Enough autonomy to deliver a feature end-to-end

  • Respect for deadlines and your word — non-negotiable
